As much as I’d like to, I can’t dispute that keeping the spill and stain nightmares aside. If I ever to go with a fabric sofa ever, I would choose this one. The length is perfect for a mid-day nap. Add a few bright textiles to work around this neutral coloured sofa.

Can you explain why the Home centre is making a fool out of their customers? Since 24 September 2022, my consignment has been out for delivery but has still not been delivered. Even a Customer care executive provides false intimations about the status of delivery. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. Dealing with Homecentre is a nightmare. I have received several promises that my table would be delivered. It’s a part-time job dealing with my order. Then you have to be very careful when it comes to stains .

I contacted sofa.com under the 10 yr warranty for the frame. They were quick to send a sub-contractor out to take a look. Sadly the fault was worse after his visit.

There was this dark brown sticky grime on the plates. It seemed that the people there were just offloading this crockery as it could not be sold in the shops as fresh piece. Very very disappointed with the product and the services. The 2 seater sofa was delivered without the legs. Hence the technician who came today could not complete the assembly.

Bought rocking chair before baby was born. Used for 10 months, the metal leg frame broke off at the welds. No explanation on how exactly they came to this conclusion that it was mishandled. It cost 1400aed and to only be able to use for 10 months is obviously not worth it.

The Trustpilot Experience

Called to complain and was provided with appalling customer service. Have now ended up with no bed and no compensation! Have never been spoken to so badly and I am shocked when spending £800 on a bed this can happen. Have emailed ALL of the information multiple times, including order number and all items purchased. I have received no response for months now. Also I got a mail and message that it will be picked up in 3-4 days which have already passed.

Suggested companies are based on people’s browsing tendencies. This is a no-frill, classic, beige colored leather sofa on deep discount. It was almost an after-thought addition, but when I looked at the specifications, it was a must-add. With a good depth of seating and neck rest, the build is more formal. So if you’re looking to nap, this may not be your choice but for everything else it is your best bet within a modest budget. Does anyone have an honest and detailed review of the Jack Wills sofa?

If it wasn't for that I'd have gone elsewhere, and will do in future. I spent over £4k on sofas and was promised a pre Christmas delivery...I had to chase sofa.com and would not have known my sofas were not coming if I hadn't. Unfortunately they are great at sales point, but terrible when there is a service failure. To add insult to injury they offered me initially 2 scatter cushions to compensate! And after further complaining a further insult of £150...instead of the scatter cushions! They didn't quite get it when I tried to explain that scatter cushions was not going to fix the situation...

A new call-out was scheduled but cancelled on the day of the appointment, some 2 hrs after they were due. I never had any of this with Multiyork or Colins & Hayes. Invest a little more and save yourself a lot of trouble. We bought a brilliant bed from sofa.com.

Not as classy colour wise as the fancy leather sofa, but I love it for its sweeping arms. I tend to nap on the sofa a lot which makes a piece like this comfortable to sink in anytime of the day. With an ideal depth of 38 inches, the sofa has the perfect build to sit comfortably. The neutral beige colour will blend into any decor with ease. We would like to apologise sincerely for the issues with your order. Ordered a bed which was delivered with faults twice.

Every other sale during the year, the prices are first jacked to unrealistic levels and then slashed. We're so sorry - unfortunately we have not received this email message. Please can you visit our UK website and fill out an online "contact us" form? Hi, has sofa.com offered a satisfactory solution? I have the same problem with their sofa - seat and back cushions going flat, out of shape, and need daily re-plumping, which gets quite annoying.
